What is the Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping address, and the postal service selected. Different pricing options will be available at checkout. We also offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over COP$1.500.000.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Item?

All of our pieces, whether custom or collectible, are carefully handcrafted and require a production time of 2-4 weeks. For an estimated delivery date, please refer to our shipping chart.

What is Considered a Custom Item?

A custom item is any piece that includes handwritten lettering or any specific detail requested by the customer. Because of the additional work involved, custom items typically have a longer production time than our collectibles.
