Return Policy

How to Request a Return

If you need to request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to comercial@karrousel.com.co within fifteen (15) days of receiving your product(s).
2. In your email, please include the following information:
   • Full name
   • Identity document number
   • Contact telephone number
   • Order number (found on your invoice and in the order confirmation email)
   • Reference of the product you are returningSummary of the issue
   • Reason(s) for your return or exchange request

Our Returns Department will review your request and respond within eight (8) business days. If your return or exchange is approved, you will need to send the product to Karrousel’s offices at the following address:

Please ensure that the product arrives at Karrousel within five (5) business days of receiving our approval for the return. Note that returns or COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments are NOT accepted.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned in new, original condition with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will forfeit the warranty.
